Real Estate Continuing Education Preview

The Purpose of this Continuing Education Video Library is to provide a preview for some of our Continuing Education training topics. Continuing Education in Virginia is defined as those approved for accreditation to satisfy Virginia Agents licensing renewal requirements for New PLE Agents, 2+ year Agents, and Broker's. 

PLE-Agents newly licensed up to first 2 years. Required to get 30 hours of credits within their first 12 months.

CE-Agents that have been licensed for at least 2 years. Requirements: 16 hrs every 2 years.

Broker-Agents holding a Broker license. Requirements: 24 hrs, every 2 years.
