We will discuss the importance of the initial fact-finding
conversation, questions to ask, and information to gather so the real estate professional can provide proper guidance as their buyers begin the process. We will talk about networking opportunities, mortgage program basics, and discuss various resources they can utilize to help meet the unique needs of the first-time home buyer.

Course Objectives:
-Help real estate professionals identify potential first-time
buyers and establish what assistance they may need.
-Enable real estate professionals to more readily qualify those buyers and set proper expectations for a successful first
purchase.
-Identify the special needs of first time buyers, and discuss mortgage programs designed to specifically address these needs.
