This course is designed to protect the real estate professional
understand the concept of risk management and review several areas of law commonly encountered by agents such as RESPA, the Chesapeake Bay Act, Flood Hazard Areas, Environmental Laws, Anti-Trust, and Mold.
You will gain an insight as to how these laws affect you and your Client as well as how best to advise the consumer in order to remain within the law and not risk liability on their own behalf or on behalf of their client.
