10-30-24 Broker Supervision MANDATORY category for All Virginia Broker Licenses

This course fulfills the 2-credit requirement for brokers as outlined in Virginia Real Estate Regulations Title 54.1, Chapter 21, focusing on the duties of the Supervising Broker. Participants will explore the responsibilities of a Supervising Broker, gaining insights into:

1. The role within the brokerage management hierarchy,
2. The commitment needed to maintain real estate brokerage operations compliant with legal standards,
3. The responsibility to oversee agents’ competence in brokerage services, adherence to marketing regulations, and accuracy in agreements and contracts.
