This Course will provide you with in depth, detailed information on the ‘evaluation ‘of an Appraisal. The Agent will be presented with the Appraiser, Agency and Lender’s requirements and guidelines to determine ‘Fair Market Value’.
This process will help ensure that Residential Homes will be sold at ‘Fair Market Value’ protecting the interest of the Buyer, the Seller and the integrity of the Local Real Estate Market.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
-An understanding of the ‘Sales Comparison Approach’ used in the
Residential Real Estate Market
-To be able to grasp the concept and impact of the ‘Matched Pair
Analysis’ in Appraisal Evaluation
-To be better able to ‘Calculate Adjustments’ from information
provided in the Course
-To better understand the ‘Subjectivity’ in the Appraisal Evaluation
Process
-To prepare the Agent to complete a more accurate ‘Comparative
Market Analysis’.
